 FAQs

  • It's best to book your wedding florist as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed. 8 to 12 months in advance is the perfect timing. This ensures your florist can secure the best flowers and dedicate the right amount of time to your big day.

  • We begin by scheduling a call to discuss your floral needs and vision. Following this, we provide a rough estimate with average pricing for floral arrangements and the total order range. If you're interested, we offer a custom design concept for $95 (deducted from your total if you book with us and refundable if you don’t like it), giving you a sneak peek into your wedding florals with detailed design ideas and real prices. After finalizing the options and booking the date, we have a midterm call and final check-up call one month before the wedding to ensure everything is perfect. Then, it's time for the big bloom! 🌸

  • Yes, we offer delivery and on-site setup and repurposing services to ensure your decorations are perfectly arranged for your event. Additionally, we provide teardown services after the wedding to make the process stress-free for you.

  • Yes, our floral order minimum is $4,000 (after fees and tax). Orders below this will be treated as a la carte, meaning we can still arrange and deliver the florals to your venue, but setup and teardown must be handled by you or your coordinator/planner.

  • There is a lot of variability when it comes to wedding flower prices. At a minimum, we suggest allocating 10-15% of your total wedding budget to cover essential floral elements.

If you’re after more ‘wow’ factor and have flowers be a significant component to the day (i.e. look like a Pinterest photo) we would recommend allocating 25-30% of your total budget to flowers.

  • The biggest factor when it comes to your wedding flowers is the number of items on your wish list. It’s easy to overlook decisions like, a bigger bridal party means more flowers required.

For example, you’ll want to budget more for flowers if you have 6 bridesmaids as compared to 2-3

  • For a productive consultation, it's helpful to bring along any inspiration pictures, details of your wedding dress and bridesmaids' dresses, information about the wedding venue, and any specific ideas or preferences you have for your wedding florals.

  • Yes, we provide a variety of rental items such as candles, pedestals, stands, vases, arch frames, and backdrops.

  • We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexibility with adjustments to your floral order up to a certain point before your wedding date. It's best to communicate changes as early as possible so we can ensure everything looks perfect on your big day. You can adjust your order up to a month prior to your big day.

  • While we strive to accommodate all floral requests, availability can be limited for out-of-season flowers. We recommend choosing seasonal blooms for the freshest arrangements, or we can explore high-quality silk alternatives for specific out-of-season requests.

  • Absolutely! We specialize in customizing floral designs to complement your wedding theme and color scheme. During our consultation, we'll discuss your vision and preferences to create a cohesive look that reflects your personal style.

  • We work with both fresh and premium-quality silk flowers, depending on the couple's request.

  • Real flowers offer natural beauty and a fresh scent, ideal for creating a vibrant, sensory experience. Silk flowers are a durable, allergy-friendly alternative that can be more versatile and sometimes more cost-effective, especially for out-of-season requests.

  • Yes, we can customize your floral arrangements to avoid allergenic flowers and opt for hypoallergenic options, ensuring everyone can enjoy your wedding comfortably.

  • Yes, we offer mock-ups for key floral arrangements upon request. This allows you to see and adjust elements of your floral design to ensure it perfectly matches your vision for the day. For couples who book with us, we provide a complimentary table centerpiece sample.

  • The most traditional wedding flowers are roses, peonies, lilies, and hydrangeas. While these are timeless choices, there are 1,000s of other flower options available each and every season. Don’t be afraid to mix and match or explore other flowers that resonate with your personality and vision.

  • We support local growers by purchasing from our trusted supplier at a local SF market. For special orders or exotic and out-of-season flowers, we can source those as well.
